I went for my first visit yesterday and had dysport and a restylane lift on my lips. I was very nervous partly because I didn’t want anything too drastic and I have a history of fainting when getting shots. The nurse I worked with had an accent and blond (I forgot her name) was amazing. She was incredibly patient and caring during the process.
So far I am happy with the results.
The facility was decorated really nicely and was very clean.
I went back for the Spring event & I have to reaffirm what a great place this is. Another reviewer said they charge $75 for missed apointments. It is my understanding that they charge $50, not $75.
I have been to many Drs offices & this is standard operating procedure. The R.N. (Jennifer) I saw at the event is one of the best ever. She is not a regular staff member. However, all staff is professional & friendly.
The facility is clean & beautiful. There is zero upselling and everything is upfront & discussed.
The gift bag for the event was very nice. The event was so much nicer than another one I attended in Temecula. Their efforts & care showed.
Been coming here for a few years now,( since they were originally located in Norco. ) I’ve been having them do my Dysport for a while now and Summer has been my favorite to do this for me. (they’ve had a few staff changes since I’ve been coming here and really hope Summer is long term) I’ve also have had a few hydra-facials and peels which were ok. I’ve also have had Bellafill in the hollows of my eyes and around my mouth. Almost wish I didn’t do it under my eyes. The area around my eyes were swollen for about a week, mild bruising around the eyes and when the swelling finally went down, although it helped a little bit with the hollowness, I found that suddenly my dark circles were now more visible, maybe because the skin is so thin there that by putting filler underneath it, it was more obvious I have dark circles. I dont know that I would recommend this product for under the eyes, my doctor later told me he wouldnt recommend it for that area as the product tends to travel to the checks which is what i think happened to me. I also tried lip fillers (restalyn) only one syringe, and I made it clear i didnt want to look like duck lips, I already have full lips but as i age, the middle of my lips have lost volume so i just wanted them to look like they did 10 years ago. Summer did a great job and they looked really natural and honestly although I havent had it redone, even after a year, they appear to have still some volume, not as much but a bit more than before i had them injected.
Overall this is a good place, can be a bit intimidating but at least they don’t try to up-sell you or make you feel like you have to buy something you don’t need. They also always have good promotions and you can bank any treatments which is always a good thing.
I had been looking for a close by and professional place to get my lips done for a while, I found Estrella and I couldn’t be happier! Their staff is amazing! They are super friendly and very professional. They made me feel very comfortable with what I was getting done and I highly recommend it to everyone in the IE. I’ll be going back soon to get my second injection and I can’t wait!
I drive 1 hr and 30 min to get my Botox and lip filler with my brother and friends we make it an eventful little trip to see our fav girl Summer she listens to every worry all the 100 questions and looks at all the desired photos of lippies I Pursue. she genuinely gives a shit doesn’t oversell me let’s me look at the mirror in between to ensure it’s where I want it. What else does one ask for! I got 1 full and another 1/2 syringe of restylane in my lips today. I have a super thin top lip and wanted to ensure I’m not ducky but show more of my pink underneath with a keyhole pout she definitely met my needs and I can’t stop staring at my fabulous lips Thank you so much SUMMER.
Love this place ! Always take excellent care of me and help me decide just what I need. Summer is the best! Extremely knowledgeable and experienced . You’re in good hands and will get the results you want !
I am a male client who was introduced to Estrella by my wife. This is no walk-in clinic. This is a upper-scale facility. The facility is beautifully decorated (IMO), comfortable and comforting. There is a waiting area with snacks, refrigerated beverages, and DirecTV. The staff is consistently pleasant and friendly across the board.
I’m a bit surprised by the negative reviews. I guess I shouldn’t because its always the few dissatisfied that make the biggest stink and the Internet gives them a way to strike back. The satisfied rarely leave reviews and Estrella does not solicit them. I do believe that many people have unrealistic expectations and want miracles. Also, people never seem to read what they sign, listen when the terms are explained, or ask questions. I.E. Can I cancel? Is the deposit fully refundable? Partially?
I suffer from folliculitis barbae and have received laser hair removal at Estrella. I received a discounted rate for prepaying 3 sessions. I knew that what I paid was NON-REFUNDABLE. However, there was no penalty for rescheduling a procedure (there often is many providers).
My wife is a physician and many people just don’t realize how important scheduling [and adhering to it] is in a medical practice. A procedure is not a vacuum cleaner. There is no 3-day cooling off period. I’m sure if someone changes their mind the deposit can be applied to another service. READ BEFORE YOU SIGN ANY DOCUMENT ANYWHERE!
We love Estrella. Hopefully prospective clients will find this review and take the overly negative ones in context.
I apologize for the long review, I’ve just had so many procedures and I’ve never left a review before..
Anyway, I went in today for one of the many facials I’ve had there, and once again, they did not disappoint! Nathalie is awesome and talks you through the steps while doing the facials. She soothed my way through a chemical peel, which I’m sure most girls would appreciate any distraction from the discomfort. Danielle draws my blood (she’s super gentle), when I get vampire facials & Vivaci, and Summer takes care of the facial part. My face has never felt better! She has also given my lips a super natural plump! She was very patient with me while administering Kybella on my arms, cause again, there’s minion discomfort with the procedure! And Susan, can’t say enough about her! She’s fantastic, and works with my crazy schedule, even when I’m running late. (which is often, sorry!) but I don’t encourage my tardiness. Anyway, she has been great at planning my treatments without over diagnosing! Straight to the point and suggest what’s best for you. I go there so often I feel like family!
Needless to say, I highly recommend Estrella. The staff is great, the establishment is super cute, and they have payment options!
Love this awesome medical spa and their amazing staff! First off, it’s in a great location with lots of shops and restaurants so it’s super convenient to get a treatment done and then do some shopping or have a bite to eat. Secondly, they have the very BEST lasers and equipment money can buy and all the best fillers, neuro-toxins (botox, Xeomin, dysport), hydrafacial, microneedeling, PRP, RF, skin care, makeup, etc.=amazing results. It’s truly a one stop aesthetic/medical spa. Third, the Staff! The staff is amazing, so professional, well educated, well trained, so friendly and fun! Judi, Summer and Susan are the ladies I have interacted with and they are all 3 so great!! They make you feel at home. They do great work and every time I have been to them I have left feeling amazing. I have had Xeomin and Volbella (for my lips) injected by Judi-amazing and beautiful results, she was so quick and good, I didn’t even know she was finished. Not only that I didn’t get one bruise and didn’t even need to numb for my lips. I also had an IPL laser treatment and PRP injected by Summer and she was also amazing! Again, no bruising with my PRP injections. I am not a bruiser type person to begin with, but it also has to do with technique and training (b/c I have bruised before at another place b/c the nurse was too aggressive and didn’t take her time). Summer and Judi are both gentle and both have great techniques and nothing hurts!! Both ladies are so professional, so friendly, fun and so good at what they do. Susan is the manager and she is just so sweet, fun and so friendly, every time I see her I feel like I have known her forever. She’s like the “hostess with the mostess!”
My results have been nothing short of top notch perfection. And let’s face it we live in So Cal and want to look good all the time! Forth, it’s a beautiful, spotlessly clean, up to date, modern, and well organized medical spa. It’s so much bigger inside than it looks from the outside. The rooms are comfy and cozy and decorated very nicely. I have been doing aesthetic treatments in one form or another since I was 21, I am now almost 40 in a few weeks!! So I am pretty much a veteran in the industry to getting treatments (not to mention I have also worked in the industry since 2007) so over the years I have learned what works, what doesn’t and what looks good and who IS good. I highly recommend the ladies at Estrella/Be Flawless Aesthetics. They are wonderful people and you will get amazing results!! Professional, highly trained, educated, fun, friendly, it’s everything you want and need in a Medical Spa.
