I went back for the Spring event & I have to reaffirm what a great place this is. Another reviewer said they charge $75 for missed apointments. It is my understanding that they charge $50, not $75.

I have been to many Drs offices & this is standard operating procedure. The R.N. (Jennifer) I saw at the event is one of the best ever. She is not a regular staff member. However, all staff is professional & friendly.

The facility is clean & beautiful. There is zero upselling and everything is upfront & discussed.

The gift bag for the event was very nice. The event was so much nicer than another one I attended in Temecula. Their efforts & care showed.
